Need more info: throwing up as in he swallows it and then a while later he vomits it? does he do it with all kinds of baby food or just one particular kind? vomiting sometimes indicates possible allergy. stop that particular food. try another. wait avweek then try the one he vomits again to see how he reacts. also talk to your pediatrician
