No, but you should: have your pediatrician check the baby out if it's lasted for more than a few days after (s)he developed the rash of Fifth Disease. The rash can last for weeks, but any sore throat, nausea or headache should start to subside once the rash appears. Teething as a cause for changes in behavior, feeding & sleeping is a diagnosis of exclusion.
