Take her to doc NOW!: Fussiness is a serious symptom in an infant. It can be the sign of a serious infection. Please take her to a doctor now. Go an an Emergency Department if necessary. Please do not delay!

Teething?: I don't think Tylenol is appropriate until at least 6 months. Take her temperature then call her Pediatrician to report all symptoms well as remedies. you were correct in asking before giving your child medication, which may be ill advised. As you think she is teething, and yes it is early, And as such it would be wise to have her examined by a Pedodontist, a pediatric Detal specialist.
