When my heart rates gets above 100 my pvcs start getting bad. somerimes bigeminal. dr doesn't seem worried. but what would cause pvcs at fast hr?

Cardiology eval: Frequent pvcs/ fast heart rate are not to be ignored. You may have an underlying coronary artery disease or magnesium deficiency, also you may benefit from a beta locker. Check with your cardiologist.

Calcium loading: Cool question. The issue at play here is (in all likelihood) something called calcium loading. When the cells fill with more calcium ions than they can handle, it gets swapped out for sodium ions via a channel called ncx. The sodium causes the cell to trigger in a process called a delayed afterdepolarization (dad). Calcium channel blockers can often help this as can a skilled electrophysiologist.
