Nope: Pvcs that have been present for 20 years have proven themselves to be benign.

Extrasystoles: If you are concerned see your doctor for a cardiac evaluation. Likely you just have these as part of your normal physiology but a history, physical and perhaps echo could provide reassurance or perhaps a diagnosis of cause.
