Evaluation of PVC's: I am not sure how you know you have PVC's-I assume from a previous evaluation. If you are having irregular heart beats and your heart rate is lower than what you are use to, you should call your doctor/cardiologist now and make arrangements for an evaluation which will probably be both an ECG and Holter monitor. I think any change in your HR from what you are use to requires an urgent evaluation.
