Atrial Fibrillation: Atrial fibrillation is disorganized heart muscle activity (looks like quivering) of the upper chambers of the heart. The result is that the bottom chamber doesn't get it's usual rhythmic electrical stimulus and it squeezes after slowly filling for longer than it usually takes. This feels like fluttering with strong beats in between. You need medical attention -- can be dangerous.
