i have pvcs which they tell me are benign. can having copd cause me to have palpitations, which i will feel my heart racing and the pvcs feel real bad?

Yes.: Reduced oxygen intake can cause the heart to act abnormally. COPD causes pulmonary heart disorder.

Palps and albuterol: Not COPD but albuterol can. Check with md about inhalers that do not have that effect. Or feel reassured it is "normal".

if your oxygen level is low, heart rate will increase and can cause symptoms. Have this checked. Consider beta blocker meds for symptoms.
