Benign vs. malignant: Features of benign pvc's usually are: monomorphic (same shape), late cycle ( they come after t wave on ecg), non-consecutive (they come as single PVC followed by normal beat) and absent of structural heart disease. Now if the pvc's are coming only above hr 100/min the first question do they the features above, the second question do they disappear with excercise and hr above 150/min?
