See below: It is common to need 3 meds for hypertension. Diet is also very important. Cosider seeing a hypertension specialist to help.

Supplementation: Sounds like you are really trying to get this under control. There are 2 things you can do naturally to help with your blood pressure. 1) try magnesium taurate 400-1200 mg per day at bedtime. Too much will cause diarrhea. 2) try co enzyme q 10 at 100mg. Either or both of treatments frequently helps blood pressure come under better control.
