If you're adept at feeling your pulse and the noise in your ears is synchronous with your pulse, you probably have pulsatile tinnitus. If your hearing isn't impaired a vascular cause may be the cause although it's probably not serious. An ENT specialist can evaluate you and, if deemed advisable, order hearing tests& an ultrasound of the carotid,vertebral & subclavian artery walls& blood flow
