Lately been hearing a heartbeat sound in ears. ldl is good. no hbp. not overweight. i do have neck probs due to computer work. i think when i hear loud noises, i hear the beating/pounding/thumping sound more. am i ok?

Hard to say. Most people do have times where they hear heart beating in ears more easily, but if BP is normal it is probably not worrisome . Once you notice it, it is easy to keep noticing it. If you're adept at feeling your pulse and the noise in your ears is synchronous with your pulse, you probably have pulsatile tinnitus. If your hearing isn't impaired a vascular cause may be the cause although it's probably not serious. An ENT specialist can evaluate you and, if deemed advisable, order hearing tests& an ultrasound of the carotid,vertebral & subclavian artery walls& blood flow
