Nothing: The tooth may straighten on its own. If it doesn't, there should be no problem with the tooth. If the tooth begins to discolor, however, it may need to be extracted as a change in color (the tooth becomes gray) means the nerve inside the tooth has died and the tooth may abscess. I recommend you take your child to your dentist for an exam and x-ray to see if there is any damage.

A baby tooth: The good news is it is a baby tooth and will be lost in the next few years. It may change color and may need to be treated or taken out before it's time, but if there are no symptoms, then i wouldn't do anything with it now.
