I am 27 years old and my tooth next to the big front ones on top just fell out. i was wondering if it is my baby tooth or adult tooth. ?

It may be baby: Some patients can retain baby teeth into adulthood. A local dentist can take a look at the tooth itself and take a radiograph to let you know for sure. If it was your adult tooth, you may have serious periodontal problems. Call the dentist either way.
