Hi i have a 6 year old son, he has popped out two wisdom teeth at the bottom, now he has popped out two buttom front teeth without milk teeth coming out. should i be worried?

Tooth eruption: The back teeth that have erupted are probably permanent 6 year molars. He will get 12 year molars at age 12, and wisdom teeth at about age 18-21. The next permanent teeth to erupt are normally the two lower central incisors. Advise that you see an Orthodontist, a dento-facial growth and development specialist, for (complimentary) Initial Examination. It's free, go find out.
