Depends: Have a prosthodontist evaluate the space and surrounding teeth. If an implant is possible, it is a much better solution. If you are stationed on the base, there should be a prosthodontist on the dental staff. If not, there should be one in town. If you are active duty, see the air force prosthodontist at the dental clinic. Good luck from a retired navy prosthodontist.

Possibly: Depends on how much space there is and how much your teeth have shifted both next to the space and above the space.
