My 6 weeks old son is lactose interlorence so the pediatrician switched him to soy he still brings it up sometimes what could be wrong now?

Brings up ??: If the reason you switched is he spit up too much you may be on a long journey to find something that stays down. Infants routinely reflux (spit up) their feed, some much worse than others & it doesn't matter what you feed them. Thickening the feed & keeping upright for a time after feeds can help some. It can worsen & peak at ~4 m & start improving after they set up. Good luck.

Maybe nothing: All babies will reflux but vomiting should be a tent. Spitting up however is calm. If your child is still refluxing and having a irritability with feeds then maybe should go to an elemental formula. 30% of people who are intolerant to milk are intolerant to soy.
