My son was just diagnosed last night with lactose intolerance so i bought soy formula but he wont drink more than 3 ozs. should i be concerned?

Soy formula: Does he drink 3oz at a feeding or for the total day? You can still keep him on his regular formula by adding lactaid tablets to the milk.

Get other formula: If baby won't take soy then give similac sensitive or enfamil gentle ease. They have very little lactose in them.
