SEE A GYN: U need to be followed by a gyn not your family doc, you need blood work to r/o ovarian cancer or precancer ! and u may need it removed right away depending on how big it is and what it looks like, if it is a simple cyst and not too big it can be followed which is not what u have, so demand to see a gyn.

Ultrasound shows Left Ovary Measures 2.2 X 2.2 X 2.7 and has normal color Doppler flow and arterial/venous spectral Doppler waveforms. There is a 2.2 cm cyst in the left adnexa which is likely ovarian in origin. I am 51 post menopausal ?
