Not sure: Lazy marrow is not a medical term . I'm guessing your marrow isn't producing something? Or producing less of something? Can you give us more specifics..

A "sick" bone marrow: You may ahve a form of myelodysplastic syndrome or aplastic anemia, which means your bone marrow is "sick" and not functioning at normal capacity.
