SMM: You have smoldering multiple myeloma (as your bone marrow plasma cells >10%. Most of time, SMM does not require treatment (SMM). However, you should do risk stratification such as free light chain ratio. Certain high-risk SMM may be managed as symptomatic MM. f/u with your hematologist.
