Not at all: Not at all! however it does depend on the severity of the areas treated and your expectations. Some results may better addressed with autologous ft transfer or a facelift procedure.

See a plastic surgn: It depends on where you are having fillers done and what your expected outcome is. If you are having fillers done, because you don't want surgery, but your plastic surgeon has recommended a facelift, then fillers will not work ideally. You need a facelift. On the other hand, if you have modern nasolabial folds (smile lines or parentheses line) then yes fillers such as juvederm will work.

While it's never..: To start, if you have a lot of skin laxity, you might do better with a facelift. If you have a lot of fine wrinkles and skin texture issues, you might do better with a chemical peel or laser resurfacing. Speak with your local plastic surgeon or dermatologist about which treatment would be best for you.

Age and fillers: 60 is pretty average for fillers. Fillers help restore volume loss and at 60's you should have some volume deficits. You might be a little late for Botox since it would help reduce the presence of wrinkles that are best address prior to the wrinkling of the skin. Best to you.
