It : It is worth the additional cost. Compared to it sibling, restylane, (dermal fillers) it lasts 6 months to a year longer. Medicis-the company that sells Restylane (dermal fillers) & perlane- say Restylane (dermal fillers) 6-12 months and Perlane 18 months. I think it is the best product for naso-labial folds, marionette lines, and cheeks mostly because it last longer than juvederm and Restylane (dermal fillers) and it is reversible. Radiesse may last a little longer, but it is not reversible. God forbid your dr makes a mistake with radiesse, it has to be surgically removed. All the other short-term fillers can be dissolved with a simple injection.
