How does the cost of perlane (dermal fillers) compare to other fillers? it seems like perlane (dermal fillers) is more expensive than some others. does it last enough longer to make the extra cost worth it?

It : It is worth the additional cost. Compared to it sibling, restylane, (dermal fillers) it lasts 6 months to a year longer. Medicis-the company that sells Restylane (dermal fillers) & perlane- say Restylane (dermal fillers) 6-12 months and Perlane 18 months. I think it is the best product for naso-labial folds, marionette lines, and cheeks mostly because it last longer than juvederm and Restylane (dermal fillers) and it is reversible. Radiesse may last a little longer, but it is not reversible. God forbid your dr makes a mistake with radiesse, it has to be surgically removed. All the other short-term fillers can be dissolved with a simple injection.

Worth It: Perlane (dermal fillers) is used in areas that need a thicker filler therefore it is worth the investment.
