Healthy life style: Eat 6 small meals a day as if you had bariatric surgery. Relax fully and deal skillfully with stressors in your life. Get 7 1/2 to 8 hours sleep. Eat fruits and carbs with exercise or right before and aim to move for 15 minutes after each meal. Check 25-oh vit d levels. They may be low. Anti-inflamamtory foods are particularly helpful.
