Obesity: Control life style is always good for anyone who has weight issues but you need to find an endocrinologist to work up /role out any possible underline causes such as Cushing's, PCOS etc.

Here are some...: Just knowing your weight is not enough information. It helps to know a person's height as well. I don't like to see teenagers "dieting". Make smart choices. Eat healthy and in proper proportions. Cut out the junk food/sweetened drinks. Increase physical activity. Get up and move: 30 minutes continuous movement 3x per week minimum
