Get guidance: I trust your physician's checked you over for any possible health problems, including hypothyroidism and Cushing's. The key to managing weight is of course attitudes about food -- eat for any reason other to satisfy genuine hunger and you'll continue to gain. The harder you exercise, the more your appetite will tell you how to eat appropriately. Cultivate fitness-focused friends / activities.
