Patience: You might have to wait until your metabolism changes as you mature. A diet with a good balance of protein, fats, veggies, fruits and grain is the best way to go, and weight lifting and resistance exercise can add muscle, the best kind of weight to add.

Eat healthy diet: Just keep eating a healthy diet and exercising regularly. Don't start eating more junk food or high fat foods. You may just have a lower body mass than some people but, unless your doctor tells you that you are not healthy, you should not worry too much about it. Exercise can add muscle mass, but that can depend on your hormone levels as well. Exercise sensibly- don't lift too much wt, more reps!
