Tubes: Can be done if a gynecologist help in the operation . They will open the abdomen to do the tubes.

Yes, but....: You can if a gynecologist joins the operation but i recommend against it. Entering the abdominal cavity during surgery increases the risk of blood clots and other more dangerous, but less common risks of the operation. Doing the two operations at separate times decreases the overall risk.

Yes: I agree with others that combining procedures can increase the risk of serious blood clots. Usually that is thought of as a hysterectomy combined with a tummy tuck. I'm not sure laparoscopic tubal ligation has as great a risk. Best to check with a gynecologist.

Yes w/ concerns: Ys this is possible with cooperati g gynecologists and plastic surgeons you will be able to undergo both procedures. Some have concerns about the potential increased risk of blod clots which should be discussed.

Possible but: No doubt, combining surgical procedures can increase risks. Personally, i would suggest that you “stage” the procedures; have them done at separate times. Best wishes.
