The no sugar diet: Stop drinking all those sugar calories in sodas, juices and alcohol. Don't eat any foods with high fructose corn syrup. Eat lots of whole fresh fruits, vegetables. Don't eat candy, cake or ice cream. Enjoy cooking and eating whole fresh foods. Go to a local farmer's market and buy organic!
