Hello. : Hello. Fruits have a high sugar content. Adding in healthy fat and protein would help to prevent spikes in blood sugar (hypogylcemic index). The different types of food would need to be eaten together to get these benefits. Because of sugar content, want to lean more heavily on vegetables instead of just fruits for first two meals. I would not call the diet you are describing as unhealthy, but it is unbalanced and may be lacking in nutrients. Take care.
