Too much sleep: some people require 10 hrs sleep but for most people 8 hrs is enough and some only need 6. I know personally that if I feel my best after 6-7 hrs. If I sleep longer than that I feel lethargic all day. Daytime naps will only exacerbate this feeling. Avoid caffeine as it has short half life and can make you more tired when it wears off. Also avoid alcohol, Mj or other depressants such as BZD
