I normal get 6 to 6:30 hours of sleep a night last night i slept 7:30 hours and im so tired today why is that? like i wanna take a nap and its 5:20 in the afternoon.

Sleep habits: Many things may account for the somnolence you experience from medical conditions to changes in diet, such as less coffee or energy drinks to sleep quality on the background of stress. If your sleepiness persists you should talk to your treating doc.
