GENETICS: You need to see the heights of parents and other family as genetics has a lot to do with height. May sure you get good sleep and a good healthy diet with milk and vitamins. Maybe talk with your physician and discuss options too.

None: Diet and exercise will not increse your height. You are genetically programmmed to achieve a certain height. If your long bones are fused then you are done growing. You may want to discuss this with an endocrinologist.
