Impossible: I'm sorry to tell you that this is impossible. Bone growth occurs at a part of the bone called the growth plate (near the ends of the bones). The growth plates "close" (basically disappear) in men between the ages of 18-21. After that there is no way to grow taller. Height is mostly genetic but there are measures that might have increased growth a bit if tried when younger but you're fully grown.
