Many possibilities: "early morning awakening" is characteristic of clinical depression, but if your mood is fine, also consider anxiety about the upcoming day, physical discomfort (room too hot or cold etc), noise or light in room, bad mattress, etc. Depending on bedtime, you may not need more sleep. If you take care of the obvious and it remains a problem, ask your doctor about seeing a sleep specialist.
