Sleep disturbance: There are sleep disorder clinics or specialists that can help you avoid depending upon sleeping pills. In the meantime, avoid eating for 2 hours before bedtime, avoiding caffeine after the morning, avoid exercising in the evening, avoid alcoholic beverages later at night which put you to sleep only to awaken in a few hours when the alcohol wears off.
