Minimal decrease+: Individual variation in the radiologist's interpretation, actual reduction in the size of the size little bit is possible. But this reduction by 2-3 mm is not too much redcution , hence need to be followed by the recommendation of the gynaecologist, based on your symptoms , with periodic scans- ultrasound(most of the time should be okay).
