Nabothian cysts represent obstructed mucus glands, are common, benign, and require no treatment. "Heterogenous uterus" is nonspecific and suggestive of fibroids (even though none could be specifically identified), adenomyosis, or just nonspecific changes subsequent to childbirth. Again, no treatment is required.
