Not unusual: It is not unusual to have cysts. Endometrium varies it's thickness depending on where you are in your monthly cycle. This may not be unusual for you. Without seeing the study, the findings could be endometrial hyperplasia or polyps. Others are still possible but you should talk to your doctor and ask for the explaination
