Walk: I recommend the "pajama walk." get out of bed in the morning, put on your shoeswalk, throw on your jacket to cover your pajamas, grab your keys, and head on out for a 15-20 minute walk. Then return and begin your day. Take the stairs whenever you can, too. Sometimes just putting your favorite music on and dancing in the house is also a simple thing to do.
