How can you anchor your bridge if the back tooth has decay and is loose?

With implants: If your bridge is loose and the back supporting tooth (abutment ) is loose, you no longer have adequate support for a bridge. If you are looking for a fixed restoration, your only option is an implant retained bridge.

Implant: It sounds like the back tooth is not strong enough to support a bridge. Another alternative for replacing missing teeth is a dental implant. This is like an artificial "tooth root" placed in the jaw and allows the dentist to place a crown or cap onto the implant.

Bridge: why did the other teeth need to come out, was it periodontal ( gum) disease? may the back tooth wasnt a great tooth from the outset( hypothesizing here). How regularly have you visited the dentist since you got the bridge, if you haven't , that's part of the problem... in all fairness that happens in my practice too, i make a bridge , patient disappears until its too late....

Can't be used: You wouldn't be able to use this tooth as an anchor. You could consider replacing the missing tooth with an implant.
