Dentists:81 yr old unfortunately his 4 tooth bridge has fallen out and dentist can't replace it as no back molar to anchor to for new bridge,solution?

It boils down to two solutions: 1) fixed on implants or 2) removable, as in a partial denture. Don't look at his age... many people live into their 90's and having good teeth helps in overall well being and comfort.
