Missing Teeth: Since more info is needed for this patient's dentition, such as which other teeth are missing, amount of bone available, finances, and final prosthetic desires. It boils down to two solutions: 1) fixed on implants or 2) removable, as in a partial denture. Don't look at his age... many people live into their 90's and having good teeth helps in overall well being and comfort.
