My 12 year olds top canine tooth has become loose and is painful. it is her adult tooth. she bit on it a few days ago, and it has become progressively loose since then. she is otherwise completely healthy, and no history of tooth decay or issues.

Dentist: Doubt that it's permanent tooth. Probably baby tooth. But either way, she needs professional help. Get her to a Dentist as soon as possible to determine the cause of her pain and thus the correct treatment. Sorry, there's nothing you can buy at a store, you have to see a Dentist.
