What is a pediatric cardiologist and should they do fetal echo?

A cardiologist: Who takes care of children with heart disease, many who are now diagnosed at or before birth, can do a special ultrasound to focus on a fetus' heart. This procedure is usually done if there is a suspicion of a congenital heart problem by an ob/gyn, a family history of congenital heart disease, or certain other conditions (fetal arrhythmias, signs of heart failure, etc.).
