Yes you can take NSAIDs for chest pain if your Dr. OKs. When chest hurts stop doing what makes it hurt. Keep isolated and masked. Good on ya for getting vaccinated. You did the right thing. Ask Dr is they heart a "pericardial friction rub" which can be heart with careful exam in some. Pain may get better depending on position you sit or stand. Good luck.

If you experience chest pain not related to musculoskeletal pain, please see your physician. An EKG 12 lead is recommended. The cases of myocarditis following the COVID-19 vaccination are rare and more common among younger patients. Watch for shortness of breath.
