Same as 44 year old: Eat fresh real food, not food from packages or mixes. Organic food, free of pesticides, is ideal. Eat brightly colored fruits and vegetables. If you eat meat, use it as a seasoning, rather than the main course. Avoid fried foods and sugar (added sugar, sugared drinks, alcohol, anything with high fructose corn syrup). Shop in the perimeter of the grocery store where the fresh products are located.

No fast food: Fast foods are not the best to keep you healthy and your body well balanced. Eating a plethora of colored veggies and fruits, especially berries, like blueberries and blackberries are excellent for getting vitamins and essential oils. Drinking plenty of filtered or bottled water and limiting alcohol intake will rehydrate you and your skin. You are what you eat.
