WHAT? please clarify: As a homeopath I have never heard of "Algeria phos." To the best of my knowledge no such remedy exists. If you are going to ask a question here please give accurate info. I am guessing you might be taking Argentyn phos but please clarify as I can't answer your question if I don't know what you are taking. But if you don't know what it is good for or about side effects why are you taking it?
