Psychiatric consult: When you say "blatant, " do you mean that his man's symptoms are not well-contained? He may need an adjustment in his medications, or help taking them if he's not. Paranoia can be extremely frightening for someone. There are im meds that can be given -- some are very extended release, and others are immediate release for more acute needs. A psychiatrist needs to be involved for best care.
