how likely, percentage wise, someone under 30 get cataracts? can eye doctor easily test for most or all types of cataracts? easy cheap test?

Cataract : In a person with no health issues such as diabetes,it would be very unusual for cataracts to form before 30. Aging is the main cause most seen 60 and older.
