Not specificly: You get in when they have time to see you. The problems you face have been ongoing for years & any rx would likely run years too. Your pcp may be able to order some basic testing that the endo could use before you go & could get a list by calling the endo's office.

Not too late: It's definitely not too late and would probably be a good idea if there are no signs of pubertal development at all. Your pediatrician or family doctor would be a good place to start.
