Peds Endo: They will take a thorough history and conduct a thorough physical exam. They will examine the genitalia to see what stage of development they are in. They will plot out growth to see where the patient falls in % compared to other children. They may take blood tests and / or observe, ie follow up for re exam in a set time period.

So my son seen to different pediatrics plus a endocrinologist. For possible early puberty. The endocrinologist examined my son did a bone x ray but no hormone testing she said she seen no signs. But I just read about penis size? Diffrence?
My teenage son has short stature, delayed puberty and anxiety. Mri has just been done on pituitary gland, no lesions but has possible focal calcification or ranthkes left cleft. Is this something to worry about? Seeing endocrinologist in 6 weeks.
